Permits

  • Selection and acquisition of land. Registration of ownership or lease agreement
    Your land site must have a cadastral number. It is carried out by land management. If you do not have such a number, then it will take about 10 business days to issue it.
    Also check purpose of your land. The house is not allowed to be built if the land is intended for industrial, agricultural, historical or conservation use. It is allowed to start work when assigning land for housing.
  • Transferring of site boundaries to an exterior
    Transferring of site boundaries to an exterior is called restoring the boundaries of the land and determining the exact location of the boundaries of the land with subsequent fixing of its main points on the territory. This operation is a type of geodetic work. The procedure is extremely necessary if documents on the land were issued without setting and fixing on the ground the boundaries of the land
  • Registration of a construction passport
    For small buildings (not higher than two floors, not considering the attic, with an area of up to 500 m2), it is advisable to make a construction passport before starting work.
    You can start construction without this document, but its registration at this stage will facilitate obtaining permits in the future.
    Obtaining this type of document is possible through the administrative services center or through Single state portal of administrative services. There is no charge for this service.   • Project
    The future owner of a private house needs to order a project. As mentioned above, it is not necessary to do it only if you have a building passport. If you want to get a durable building, use the services of a design bureau or a construction company that will develop a working draft for you, taking into account all standarts. Architects involved in this work must have qualification certificates.
  • Building permit
    So then you need to notify state architectural and construction control agencies that you begin construction work.
    You can use https://e-dabi.gov.ua, which does not take you much time. Also, there is always the option of personal submission, or by registered letter.
    The procedure is free. Entering your data into a single register of documents with assigning a registration number is possible for 1 business day from the date of receipt of the message. The State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate publishes data on its website, which gives you the right to carry out the construction of a private house, cottage. The permit is valid until the completion of construction.
  • Home construction
    The procedure is individual, so the time is from 4-48 months
  • Obtaining a technical passport for the home. BTI measurements
    A registration certificate for a house is a document that contains information about a property formed on the basis of the results of an inventory procedure carried out by a special institution (BTI - Bureau of Technical Inventory). It indicates the parameters of the premises, namely the number of storeys, area, number of rooms, year of construction. The technical passport to the house includes a description of utilities, floor designs (if necessary), sanitary information, and other information about communications and structural features of the building.
  • Сompletion declarations registration
    Upon completion of construction work, it is necessary to legally consolidate your work result. In order to do this, you need to contact SACC and put the facility into operation in accordance with the Law. Regardless of whether the construction was based on a construction passport or by a declaration of commencement of work, a declaration of readiness for operation must be submitted to the local inspection.
    The declaration form is filled out in a double version and is submitted to Administrative Services Center personally or sent by mail. Each sheet must be signed. In the event that everything is completed correctly, within two weeks you will be able to receive a registered declaration and take the construction into operation.
